Returns and Exchange Policies
Because we deal in cosmetics The Bearded Bastard will not refund or exchange orders due to personal taste. We will, however, provide an exchange due to allergic reactions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, but we will pay outbound shipping of the replacement product.

Didn’t get exactly what you ordered? Email us at the address above and we will do what it takes to make the situation right. We ask that customer service issues be raised within 30 days of the order for US orders and 90 days for International orders.
Standard Shipping Policies
Not sure which delivery option to choose? Here are the details on each method so you know when to expect your order.
USPS FIRST CLASS: U.S. shipping using USPS should typically arrive within 5-7 business days. However, U.S. ORDERS SHIPPED under USPS first class mail are not considered lost until 14 business days after your intended delivery date! If your package doesn’t arrive at this point contact email@example.com with your order number and tracking information and we’ll find the right solution for you.
USPS PRIORITY: This is a much better option than USPS first class if you are under a time crunch. This will ensure your package gets delivered faster than the typical 3-7 day turnaround.

First Class USPS takes the longest (up to 1 month), but is the most affordable. If you want it faster DHL is the way to go, but it is spendy. Many countries charge customs and it is the customers responsibility to pay for customs, so do your research ahead of time. See our International Retailers page to see if there is a brick-and-mortar or online retailer in your region that carries TBB products.
